• Sharing a few Exsim design today, but the real story is the strategy behind the build.

Exsim came to me with a familiar challenge.

They wanted a distinctive, interaction-led experience, yet their business still relied on the reliability and checkout flow of Shopify. Most teams try to force one platform to behave like the other and end up compromising on both design and performance.

The first step was not “Which tool do we use?”

It was “What architecture gives them freedom without breaking what already works?”

The answer was a split system.

Webflow on the front end for identity, speed and flexibility.

Shopify on the back end for inventory, orders and core eCommerce logic.

This structure lets us iterate quickly without disrupting the commercial engine underneath. The new site launched last month, and we are already implementing updated product content and new design directions with minimal friction. That is the benefit of choosing the right system, not the most familiar one.

    Good design is execution.

Great design is thinking, structure and long-term clarity.

If your brand needs a digital setup that feels flexible, fast and future-proof, I am always open for a conversation.
