I've worked in the tourism industry for over 16 years and have a passion for destination marketing.
I joined Marketing Manchester's business tourism team in 2006. As senior sales manager within the convention bureau, my role is to promote Manchester as a destination for national and international conferences, supporting local academics in bidding to host congresses in Manchester.
The nature of the role allows me to work side-by-side with a range of stakeholder organisations and groups – particularly the universities, tourism industry and key industry sectors such as life sciences, creative & digital and advanced materials.
