Trace provides specialist repair services for historic and listed timber frame structures, offering a complete turn-key solution from initial survey through to completed repairs. We assess the extent of damage, develop appropriate repair strategies in line with client and Conservation Officer requirements, and carry out the work using suitable materials and methods.
Our work is focused on heritage and conservation-led projects, preserving the character and integrity of historic buildings while respecting traditional construction techniques and original materials. To date, Trace has worked on more than 570 listed buildings across the UK.
