Founded in 2001 by Ian Hilton, Tech Advance provides expertise to businesses to assist in the deployment and on-going management of the communications technology.
Having worked within the telecoms industry for over 20 years Ian saw an opportunity to provide an independent consultancy based telephone service to UK companies which was more complete. This led to Ian working as an external consultant with other UK telecoms companies, developing new products, improving customer service levels and assisting with strategic planning.
Tech Advance was formed to provide a broader scope of products and services available to businesses through one supplier, and offer a project managed approach to improve the way these services are deployed and managed.
