Team Training was formed by Paul Serrio who has a wealth of experience within the health & social care sector. After being involved with first aid for many years it became more and more apparent that there is definitely room for a more diverse approach in terms of the delivery of first aid training.
Being a qualified teacher, Paul decided to plan some first aid sessions with a view of more interactive and group based teaching methods. This would include games, quizzes, role play in fact anything really to ensure that learning actually takes place. In the past there have been too many sessions where the tutor talks through the information, much like a lecture; first aid requires hands on, fun training and that’s what we deliver every single time!! …………….Team Training was born!
