Kate is a chartered town planner with 20 years of planning experience gained from both the public and private sectors. Kate has previously worked for Bolton Metro, Rossendale Borough Council and Lancashire County Council as well as managing a national telecoms team at GVA Grimley. During this time Kate has built up a positive working relationship with many of the Local Planning Authorities in the area.
Kate has been involved in a wide range of projects including the successful promotion of sites through the development plan process, site evaluation and appraisals, the preparation of planning statements and the submission of planning applications for a wide range of developments.
