Hello, I’m Jane – and I’m really pleased you’re here.
I’m an HR Mentor and Consultant with decades of experience in pretty much every HR specialism – from strategy to recruitment, benefits to processes and beyond. I work in all sectors and any size of business. I am based in North Yorkshire and can support businesses anywhere in the UK.
I offer two services:
1) Mentoring for HR people who want to build their skills and grow their confidence. Ideal if your HR person works alone or you don't have the size or budget for an HRD.
2) HR Project Consultancy when you need extra skills in your HR function. This might be to review what you have, design an HR strategy for you and set you on the right course, it could be to complete a specific project such as job evaluation or preparing for a restructure or to create something you need such as a performacne review process or competency framework.
Think of me as the HRD you can contract whenever you need me.
