I am a Project Manager at FM Solutions, based in Milton Keynes. We support a variety of sectors such as education & warehousing, charitable, healthcare and commercial properties and estates. We’ve been supporting several commercial buildings and businesses in the local area, working closely with Facilities Managers to simplify day-to-day building management.
We support a wide variety of clients already such as Milton Keynes Council, The Parks Trust, Local Parish Councils, Stadium MK, Yamaha Music Europe, Brioche Pasquier, Milton Keynes College, Aircraft Research Association, Milton Keynes Community Foundation & Cranfield University and we are looking to expand our support to you.
At FM Solutions, we act as a single point of contact for all facilities requirements, sourcing, managing, and delivering everything from reactive maintenance and compliance works through to planned projects and upgrades. This helps Facilities Managers reduce supplier burden, save time, and maintain confidence that works are being managed efficiently and professionally.
We have experience delivering works across a wide range of project sizes, from:
Small reactive and planned maintenance works, such as repairs, compliance actions, and site improvements
Medium-scale projects, including refurbishments, asset upgrades, and lifecycle replacements
Larger, multi-site or long-term facilities management support, acting as an ongoing partner to ensure buildings remain safe, compliant, and cost-effective to operate
Importantly, we operate on a no tie-in, no long-term contract basis. Clients continue to work with us because of the quality, responsiveness, and value we provide, not because they are contractually locked in.
