A brand-new role for Edward Mellor – Lettings consultant
I’ve worked in lettings and property management for three years and have been a property manager with Edward Mellor for the last year. This has given me good grounding and allowed me to develop my understanding of how Edward Mellor can apply the principles of customer care to the services we provide in looking after landlords, their properties and their tenants.
The role of lettings consultant is a new role for me and the company as a whole. The purpose of the role is build the rental property portfolio in the Withington, West Didsbury, Fallowfield, Rusholme, Northernden, West Point and Burnage. And to generate a great business for landlords.
There is a lot of work ahead for us at the new Withington branch as we begin searching out the best landlords in south Manchester, letting them know about the great services we offer and building a rental portfolio of top-quality properties throughout the area.
For me, great customer service is essential. We offer a professional service for busy landlords, and our customer service skills are second to none. We will assess your needs as a landlord and suggest products and services to meet those needs. We believe it is this kind of bespoke and consistent service that separates Edward Mellor from our competitors and makes us stand out from the crowd.
Being a landlord doesn’t have to be stressful. Ensuring the relationship between myself, the landlord and the tenant is transparent, productive and stress free is my number one priority.
