Previously worked as Customer Relationship & Business Development Manager, delivering financial support (£2m - £20m) for a range of property and business clients. My passion for optimising the customer experience combined with my expertise in analysing client businesses have helped me build strong relationships in business banking, working for an operational charity in Southern Africa and more recently in business coaching. Educated to MBA level.
