Summary
I am the founding director of Chrysalis Transformations, offering leadership training, executive and management coaching and mentoring, and expertise in change management.
My passion is to help people and businesses to succeed by creating future leaders, coaching senior-level managers and building your business strategy.
We offer three types of services: Consultancy, in change and transformation; Training, through leadership and coaching; and Strategy Labs, helping you to develop your vision and delivery.
We will help you to Design Your Tomorrow Together through partnering with you, understanding your needs and crafting a programme of change tailored to your size, experience and needs.
I work with a network of experts in fields such as leadership training, digital transformation, and mentoring and business change programmes, so that I can ensure you have people with the best skills to make your change a success.
I also want to help the leaders of tomorrow and part of my fee goes towards a foundation to help support those who may not have the same opportunities as anyone else.
