I founded BeanStalk Learning Ltd because I believe in the premise of encouraging learners to stretch their boundaries, be brave & creative and believe in the impossible.
With 20+ years experience in an HR and L&D environment, I fully
appreciate how learning should integrate into business plans,
bringing value and changes in behaviour.
I work with leaders at all levels who want to build their confidence in leading their teams. What I do is bring learning experiences to
challenge their thinking and transform their leadership which
gives the result of happier and more productive teams.
I pride myself on designing and delivering practical and thought
provoking workshops, e-learning and other development outside
of the classroom working with many businesses including Bristan
Group, Hansgrohe and Coventry University.
