I offer inclusive, holistic yoga for all ages and abilities, creating a welcoming space that fosters community while supporting health and wellbeing. My teaching blends traditional yoga with accessible styles including yin, chair, beach, and specialist cancer yoga.

I integrate mindfulness, meditation, and relaxation to nurture both body and mind. I also offer sound baths and 1:1 sound healing to promote deep rest, restore balance, and enhance overall wellbeing.
