Ex-Pannones Partner Simon McCrum is returning to Manchester - to launch a new office for his Top 250 law firm Darbys Solicitors and to bring his legal revolution to the North West. Simon left Pannones four years ago to become Managing Partner of Darbys in Oxford - a 150-strong team with 13 specialist departments.
