Communicating with customers – Partially addressed advertising mail

Communicating with customers – Partially…

How many of us fall into the trap of assuming that everyone knows what we know? One of the amazing things about business is that we all have a level of expertise around our industry, and we immerse ourselves in it so deeply that we forget that not everyone knows those industry specifics.

It’s a little like entering a quiz. There aren’t hard questions - there are questions we personally don’t know the answer to as we haven’t needed it before and have no experience.

I thought I’d share a little more from our area of business, printed communications, and tell you a little about “partially addressed advertising mail”.

This is a service whereby we can communicate with HOUSEHOLDS based on certain demographics, rather than individuals where we need to use personal data.

This service is available for advertising purposes and has some strict rules around it, but could be a really useful tool in your communications strategy.

At The Production Agency we have the knowledge, experience, and a supply chain to support all types of mailing activity – door drop leaflets, partially addressed advertising mail or targeted direct mail - and can help you to assess if any of these could help you communicate with your existing and potential customers.

If you are interested in how to select the best type of mailing for your needs, please let us know and we’ll see how we can help.

I've worked within the service sector for the majority of my career, working with customers to ensure that the right product is produced for the right price, to the right quality and on time.
