This is for the purpose of delivering Executive/Personal Development (Leadership & Management) Coaching (18 hours) to eligible businesses in the Greater Manchester region. Leadership isn’t just about the team at the top, we can help you to empower your team and encourage leadership at all levels to have the impact that you want on productivity, performance and collaboration to ensure the successful growth of your company.
The aim is to support businesses (B2B) that can potentially demonstrate growth or create/safeguard jobs.
About the service
Based on the results of the assessment we can tailor a solution which will then be delivered over 18 hours of support. Some of the areas that can be delivered to your business are listed below such as:-
- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Psychological Business Coaching, to develop Rapport & Communication Skills, Strategies, SMART Goals, Team Building, Presentation Skills, Leadership & Management Skills, Motivation Skills etc

- Leading Organisations – leading change, motivation, innovation, building and leading teams
- Strategic Ability – competitive awareness, organisational vision

- Business is based in Greater Manchester
- Turnover less than €50m or Balance Sheet less than €43m
- Sector eligibility (B2B)
- Less than 25% externally owned
