This is for the purpose of delivering Executive/Personal Development (Leadership & Management) Coaching (18 hours) to eligible businesses in the Greater Manchester region. The aim is to support businesses (B2B) that can potentially demonstrate growth or create/safeguard jobs.
About the service
Based on the results of the assessment we can tailor a solution which will then be delivered over 18 hours of support. Some of the areas that can be delivered to your business are listed below such as:-
- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Psychological Business Coaching, to develop Rapport & Communication Skills, Strategies, SMART Goals, Team Building, Presentation Skills, Leadership & Management Skills, Motivation Skills etc
