Read our latest blog about how Google has released the 'right to be forgotton' form in response to EU ruling. Google have launched a form, which allows individuals to apply for inadequate or irrelevant information about them to be extricated from search results pages.

The European Court ruling says that it could limit free speech, protect criminals from being named and shamed and retain information that is the publics interest.
