Once your Legal Aid Bill has been provisionally assessed by the Court, Sterling Costs can finalise matters for you.  We can complete the EX80A or B for Sealing, prepare the Claim 1/1A for submission for payment and advise you in respect of the LAA checklist and bundle required.

If we have previously prepared the Bill for you we will have already prepared the Bundle for Assessment and advised you of any omissions or changes required so as to make submission to the LAA as pain free and rejection free as possible!

Call our Costs Lawyer, Helen Williamson, for advice on all Legal Aid matters – 01928 594803

I am a Practice Manager of a long established firm of Legal Costs Consultants in Cheshire.
