Manchester is a city built on community, creativity and collaboration. At the heart of that spirit is a thriving network of organisations working every day to make life better for the people who live and work here. Businesses can become an important part of that story. What is the VCSE Sector?

VCSEs engage with an enormous range of issues — from homelessness and unaffordable housing to specialist medical research and climate change. Many focus on a particular challenge or a specific group in society who need support and representation, such as women facing domestic abuse.
