About your course facilitator: Dr Sarmila Sinha (MBBS, MRCPsych, MSc, FCMA) is a Harley Street Consultant Psychiatrist. She has more than 15 years of work experience in the NHS, managing and treating stress related mental illnesses. Curently she runs a Stress and Wellness clinic at 10 Harley Street London, W1G9PF.
She was a health and wellbeing ambassador for doctors within the NHS. She has the knowledge and expertise in stress, its effects and has developed a unique and simple way to manage stress, known as the 4C approach to stress management.
Dr Sinha is an international speaker on Stress and is a best selling author. Her latest book, An Expert Guide to Stress Management was a #1 best seller on Kindle, Amazon in 2019.
She is the founder of the CPD accredited course provider and Wellness Centre - Living Life Stress Free - which is recognised as a centre of Excellence and is a registered college of the Complementary Medical Association.
