What is a Testimonial?
A testimonial in this context is a testimonial or recommendation from someone whom has used or tested a member's service.

What benefit is there to featuring testimonials in these pages?
Featuring testimonials from those whom have tested one's service is a very inviting advert to prospective clients. Interested users can send an enquiry to the member.

How can members receive and write testimonials?
There are two ways that are outlined below:

1. Click 'Request a testimonial' and enter the service and category you would like to be recommended for. Then if the person recommending you is a member enter their name. If they are not a member, enter their name and email address. You can customize the template message that is sent out requesting a testimonial for you.

   Note: To write a testimonial, users that you request a testimonial from do not have to join and it is free for them to write one.

2. Members can write a testimonial for another member by clicking 'Make a testimonial'. Then enter the member's name, select the service and category you are recommending them for and write the testimonial message.

Where do testimonials appear?
All testimonials appear on a member's profile page. testimonials that are made in a category or sub category listed are displayed in that section in the testimonials pages.

If it does not fit into a category, there is an option to enter in a box labelled 'Other Service'. This appears in the Other Industries category and can still be searched for.

Which members are displayed on the testimonials pages?
Business members only are displayed on the testimonials pages, although all members can receive testimonials that appear on their profile pages.

In which order are member's testimonials displayed?
Members are listed by default in the testimonials pages in accordance to the number of testimonials they have. So members with the most testimonials will appear at the top of their category. The number next to their name states how many testimonials they have.

How are members notified when a user has sent an enquiry about their services?
An email is sent to the member and the enquiry is also stored in the members inbox accsessible via the members homepage.
