CIMA, the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants, is a leading membership body that offers an internationally recognised professional qualification in management accountancy, which focuses on accounting for business. CIMA is the voice of over 158,000 students and members in 161 countries. It is responsible for the education and training of management accountants who work in industry, commerce, not-for-profit and public sector organisations.  

CIMA North West England and North Wales incorporates Manchester, Liverpool, and Warrington and regularly holds events for its members and students in this region. The main objectives for the region are: to identify and meet the needs of the local membership, by organising conferences, events, site visits, seminars and dinners, either alone or jointly with other professional bodies or centrally organised events i.e. CPD technical updates.
