The morning will comprise:

• a quick-fire update on developments in employment law. The session will cover: • discrimination law with an emphasis on age and disability discrimination • organisational change covering redundancy and flexible working • changes on the horizon including statutory procedures and protection for temporary agency workers
• two interactive sessions which will highlight the practicalities of topical legal issues and there will be an opportunity to share your tips and experiences. There will be a choice of sessions to choose from prior to the event and these are: • Business immigration – an overview of the new points based system • Organisational change – focussing on redundancy and changing terms and conditions • Family friendly rights
