The ICAEW’s Professional Standards staff will be holding a series of five roadshows for insolvency practitioners and those who work in insolvency practices. The roadshows will provide feedback on regulatory issues and will cover a number of topical matters.

QAD visits What we’re finding on insolvency visits; findings from our initial Practice Assurance visits to insolvency practitioners; feedback on compliance reviews.

Topical issues The new Ethical Guidance, Pension Protection Fund section 120 breaches, paperless processes and regulatory developments generally. 

This year, before and after the roadshow presentations (which will last for about 90 minutes), we will be holding surgery sessions (see below) so that you can discuss technical and practical issues on a one-to-one basis with our QAD reviewers and Professional Conduct case managers.
