Recruitment exhibitions in Manchester is an area that could grow I believe. Granted, new and more direct channels have opened for recruiting, but exhibitions where canddiates can meet employers and employers can communicate their benefits and objectives face to face can be unbeatable for placing new employees. There are exhibitions that take place, but surely compared to London and the amount there is for graduates for instance, there could be more for senior workers and professionals.
