Conjestion Charge

It would be interesting to gage people's latest thoughts on the conjestion charge. The council are investing heavily in advertising the issue and how much is being invested in public transport. In my opinion though the public need to hear about which areas transport services will receive funds and exactly how they will be improved. As this will obviously be crucial for whether the scheme will be accepted and how successful it will be.
