In the current climate, one could assume that the demand and market for mortgage brokers has all but dried up. However, there is still a market there and one that can still be valuable for brokers. When something is harder to attain, people will pay more to find a particular service and finding mortgages is one of these services currently. This does not warrant extensive price increases, but a broker can have just cause to increase prices since they have to spend more time searching for a suitable mortgage and provide greater lengths of planning and negotiating. Now is an ideal time to invest in property and whilst the rentals route is clearly a viable option, people surely will want to be buy if they have the option. So the demand for a broker that can make this happen wis ceratinly still there. Though it is the brokers with the widest contacts and experience that will be in the best position to do well. Yet also required now more than ever is considerable resilience and willingness to find the best package.
