There is now much choice in the job site market to choose from when deciding where to advertise to gain new candidates and fill job posts. The jobsmine is a good idea from the MEN to offer more exposure apart from just on Thursdays. Key103 is a good site too, but will people think they are looking for a job with Key103? Then there are other local sites that do not feel that local such as Jobs Today, Jobs Journey and Fish4 - really national operations trying to make a local reach. It will be interesting to see which can prosper in this competitive market.
